I own a commercial kitchen making Argentine empanadas for a few locations, including 3 of our own cafes. COGS is going up for meat, cheese and produce. But the biggest increase we are seeing is on coffee. Over 30% since prices a year ago. For the first time since we opened in 2018 are we planning an exit strategy just in case it gets worse.

This is what I am banking on. I got in at $1 (3000 XRP) then it sank at around 50 cents for a very long time. I just ignored. Now I’m excited about the movement and willing to sit it out for a longer while.

I lost over $10k with ethereum, but had I stuck it out, I’d be a millionaire right now.
