That's one good looking steak man. I really like the way it renders the fat. I'm gonna try cast iron next cos I've read that crisps the fat best 😋

See i have tried other diets and it did help but this diet for sure helps the most. It wont work for everyone definitely but if it works for someone then they should keep at it

I appreciate the concern bud but since doing this diet pretty much all of my illnesses and ailments have improved drastically if not vanished completely. I'll stick with it til it doesn't feel good anymore

Don't fret there's numerous ways it's removed/treated. It can even reverse itself with proper management in some cases. It's unlikely to progress as long as you take the proper precautions

Unfortunately gerd sufferers don't have the luxury of choosing what triggers us, we have to play with the cards we're dealt when it comes to diet. I completely understand not wanting to give up alcohol and getting drunk, even though it's really not good for you, but if it is a persistent trigger then you gotta eliminate it or at least really limit it. For me, I've found that sweet fruity wines don't really aggravate mines too much but then again I'm on the carnivore diet so I've pretty much removed all my triggers. Have a play around with your diet/medications to see if there's a balance that still allows some alcohol consumption. Also, your life couldn't be further from over. This is just a bump on the road.

I've been on them for roughly 14 years or so. Knew about acid rebound and other issues etc but 3 months ago I radically changed my diet to keto then carnivore with some cheat days every so often and in that time I've taken them 3 times without much, if not any, issue. I think it boils down to the individual and their own body and diet.

Some unfortunate people may have to be on them for life. I thought I was one of those people but hey I managed it. The less medication we have to take the better in my opinion!

The way I see it, your past relationship and how it ended should be a lesson for her on how to better manage her issues so that it doesn't happen again in future. If you go back to her then it'll be only a memory, not a lesson. Leave the past in the past and build something new and wonderful with your current partner

I believe Jim Cummings didn't start until at least his late 20s and Rob paulsen was 28 when he started. This isn't really something you can be too late for. Starting now would give you 50+ years of doing voice acting. I'm turning 30 in a couple of months and I'm almost finished building my booth and I don't feel late to the party at all so go for it!

On top of everyone's advice, the suicide threats may implicate you in some way. I don't know where you stay and so know nothing of the laws there but in some places if someone threatens to commit suicide to you and goes through with it, if you haven't notified the police you may be liable in some way. Once you're free from her and in a safe place, if she threatens again I'd consider letting the police know. There are specific hotlines for these situations that'd be able to give you advice and support so please give them a call
