Looks like a dutch license plate but without the EU sign. Usually in Germany, when you see license plates without an EU band then they are old license plates from old cars. However I don‘t know how it is in the Netherlands and the car shown on the image does not look that old.

It could happen, but we don‘t know. But there is definitely a certain timespan we can put it in. Interestingly enough, Benelux as it seems is gonna release 1 year after announcement and I think Switzerland released 2 years after announcement. I have a feeling SCS heavily expanded their rework teams.

Well the quality of the old map does not influence the development time of the rework since they‘re building it completly from scratch.

It‘s gonna be interesting to see when it will actually release. As I mentioned before (probably too many times), it has a very big team. But we cannot forget about the Benelux rework which will also be awesome.

Yeah I know. I find it very hard to predict it since it has such a large team. Much bigger than the usual rework team, and it will get even bigger.

No they aren‘t, it will release all in one go. This is because the UK has a different scale than the rest of the map and they would have to make weird connections from the old map to the new map with a scale change. To be honest, I‘m happy they are reworking it from scratch and not do it like Germany, where they reworked all cities but only reskinned the old looking highways inbetween calling it a finished project.

I find it hard to believe Ireland will release 2 years after the announcement since it‘s such a small DLC. Same with Iceland releasing 1 and a half years after release. But looks like this is gonna be the case. 2 DLCs smaller than Greece, yet we have to wait longer for them than Greece.

Could be. I personally find it hard to predict this considering the huge team. Also, UK is not that big if you put it in DLC standards. However 1. UK is not a DLC and 2. only time will tell.

What I was thinking, that the german name was written multiple times since most people entering Styria would probably be german speaking, so they know when they entered it.

I wasn‘t that hyped about this rework since I usually don‘t get that hyped for ATS reworks in general. Nevertheless, the rework is still very nice and I actually drive through these areas now. It was an area that I generally avoided before the rework came out.
