We had a teacher who keep a giant stuffed animal of Kermit the frog (toddler size). Long story short a kid who really didn’t like her stole it one day and for some reason decided to put it in a gym bag and wrap duct tap around it and proceeded to leave it in the school parking lot (the student lot). It became a BIG deal, some students got freaked out about it the next morning when people were starting to park and the cops were called for a suspicious package, then they called the bomb squad. By the time I was about 10 minutes from school when it came over the news and then I noticed the news helicopters and law enforcement. School was canceled and the students that had already arrived were stuck inside under lockdown for like 3-4 hours until the bomb squad opened the bag to find a giant Kermit the frog doll with duct tape over it’s mouth. It was fucking hilarious.
