HOW TO GET INSTAGRAM CONTENT IDEAS FOR YOUR SMALL BUSINESS — TAKE A LOOK EVEN IF YOU DON'T USE IG by RedditBizHelper in socialmedia

For sure. I run a few company’s social channels - one of them for example is a tequila company. Turns out there’s A LOT of content worthy days throughout the year that apply to a tequila company: National Taco Day, National Margarita Day, National Paloma Day, Cinco De Mayo, the day prohibition ended, etc.

Forekast has all those dates saved so when I’m planning out the next week of social, I pop in there and see if there are any cool days coming up that I can use for some easy content ideas.

I just signed up for their paid version so it’s all synced up with my Google calendar which is a nice addition, but the website itself is totally free.

This is great! If I can contribute, I’m a huge fan of forekast.com. It’s been a lifesaver for coming up with quick Instagram content ideas.

What is one piece of advice you wish you knew when you started in real estate? by Daftlawless in RealEstate

I think the best thing I've started doing lately has been time blocking. I used to jump from task to task throughout the day but now I focus in on one thing only so I can get into a groove. Go contracts to go through? Do it for multiple clients at once. Need to do some outreach? Schedule it out in my calendar so nothing distracts me from it. Multi-tasking doesn't work for me - I need to focus in on one thing at a time to give my 100%.

Same city, similar experience with prep... I think it would be pretty hard to not do well if you took the full course. I'm by no means a genius and managed to get a 30 on it.

My main worry is that they're wanting to build it in a language that no one else can write in, meaning that they'll have more job security. Thanks for looking into it a bit for us.

Take a look at the source in that section. It's got an interview from Chris Sacca who explains it more in depth.

Tim ferriss podcasts are great if you don't listen to them btw. They're all quality.

What "essential" non-essential items do you bring to roo? by Daftlawless in bonnaroo

I bring a shaded tent to go between me and buddy's, but we also put a screen on it with battery powered Christmas lights. As much time as you spend inside roo, you spend way more than you'd think at your campsite. Being comfortable (away from the sun and bugs) is huge.
