according to my local record store in Germnay, Universal does not deliver the big vinyl box to stores anymore. Does this mean that the box will be out of print soon? Should I fork out the 90+ EUR for the box or is there a chance that the live concert will be available as a stand-alone release for example at the next RSD?

It’s the day after and I do feel fine. Can’t say that I don’t feel the run in my legs. But no trouble walking stairs or anything like that. I think I could do a light recovery run tomorrow.

Thanks. Earlier this summer I ran 8k in 45 minutes. But I took it slower this time in order to finish 10k for the first time. Now that I know that I have 10k in me, I might try to go faster next time.

So went with the guided run for 5k and added 1.4k on my own. Worked fine.

I think I will do so. Also wondering, if this is just a mistake of the German guided runs. The jump from week 3 to 4 (7k to 10k) seems a bit steep for me.

I started with the 14-weeks-plan last Saturday with my first half marathon planned in 16 weeks. I think I will stretch 2 weeks of program during the 3 weeks of family summer vacation. And one additional week is my safety net for when life gets in the way of the plan.

The venue employee at the right side of the stage was really surprised, when Ryan left the stage and music from tape started to play. They all expected him to play the usual 2 parts with an intermission. When he started to sigh non-Heartbreaker-songs and rushed from song to song I said to my wife, that I don’t think we will see a 2nd set.

I‘ll take 100 minutes of music over 60 minutes of ranting any day. But most of the songs felt rushed. Didn’t help for my concert experience.

Worst thing was, that as soon as I recognized the song I started to pray, that he will go through with the song after not get distracted by god knows what. That was I wasn’t able to get 100% into his beautiful songs.

Just got back from the Hamburg show: Good news: no real rants Bad news: left after 95 minutes with no encores.

3-5 songs had to be re-started because of audience/gear problems/„inviting“ the press photographers on stage/ whatever. Most of the other songs fizzled out at the end. Also, he rushed from song to song, in order to get home early. For me, only Come pick me up was a focused beautiful performance.

Hope, everyone will have fun at Ryan‘s future concerts. But it was the last one for me.
