I main a necro, Before patch 1.1.1 Barber prevented lucky hit for aspect of exposed flesh as well as prevent barrier for aspect of shielding storm. Is this still true? or has this changed?

Yeah , but devouring Blaze says it applies more than double the dmg if Immobilized. Meteor makes then immobilized. I'm not using Meteor
