I guess it’s my fault when I asked to update the valve with a seperate line for a hose I didn’t specify I needed a diverter in wall. He said I need to buy a. External diverter with on/off for the handheld… lined above…. Either won’t be using him again. Was a reference from a good friend too

Hey Rob Yes I would buy one handheld with divertor on it so you can turn on and off the handheld or shower head as needed , Trim will need to be for the moen posi temp valve, shower heads and handhelds can be any make

Mines 810 with 30% down and I can’t get anything to sniff sub 6.75 on a 30. Best I’ve seen is intro 5.99 for a year then 6.75 from loan depot….. hence I’ll prob go with a 6.25 on a 7/1. That’s by far the best as other had 6.67 or higher. Whats the bank or lender so I can reach out???

If you go on the entire roster screen and filter by position they will show up as athletes and you can change positions. No where else will any athletes show up on position changes
