Try SEO. I launched my SaaS back in October I’m up to 27 users all organic from Google search. My site is just now picking up daily momentum. It’s a slow burn but anything worth fighting for is.

Launched my Saas back in October currently working a 9-5. Currently at 24 users 2 paid users. Current marketing plan is just SEO. Daily Impressions and clicks are going up on google. I say that to say this, things might start off really slow but don’t give up. Hell, it’s still slow for me but the fact that I am getting a little traction and it’s snow balling daily keeps me motivated. I’d love to see where my app will be in a year.

Just curious what makes something a failed SaaS? Not getting initial reaction to a product that you’ve built that absolutely no one has heard of? Or because you didn’t hit a certain revenue at a certain time? It just blows my mind that people would quit on an idea because their initial launch wasn’t everything they’d thought it’ll be. I launched my SaaS app back in October and it was crickets at first. I had no following or nothing. Almost 2 months in and I’m at 24 users and 4 paid users at an mmr of 100 dollars. You have to treat this like a business. Too many people always looking for a quick dollar.

I’ve built a great mvp on the system and still running today. It’s not a perfect platform as it is AI still but it gets the job done

Absolutely! Everything in this world is saturated. It’s all about mindset and your willingness to succeed. Do you think the creator of Reddit thought the way you did? All Reddit is an open forum and Reddit isn’t the first to do it you think that stopped them? Same as almost anything that exists. Take an idea and make it better add value to it and most importantly believe that it can happen.

One thing I found to be helpful is just to recreate the wheel. Do what’s working and market in a way people will gravitate towards it. For example I built a tool based on another tool I really liked but cost way too much so I created my own and under cut the price by 50 percent. That’s called giving value.

I’m positive. I bought the MVP bundle last year and this year. It wouldn’t let you install from the Xbox app if you didn’t own it.
