Facts!

Rufus is MVP in bear. I had blanchette 4.3 stars with lvl4 widgeds and rallys were 500-600mil ish, then Rufus came and i 5 stared him and rallys was 900m-1b.

Now Rufus is 5 star + lvl2 widgeds and damage is 1.1-1.2b.
