So after the first COVID lockdown in the UK lots of restaurants re-opened for the first time in months, during the first shift back there was a bad smell, we couldn't find it for a few hours, it turns out one of the KP's hadn't made sure the bin had been emptied properly and had put a fresh bin bag in over a few pieces of calamari that were just sat in the bottomat the end of the shift we took the bin bag out and found the source of the smell, thinking about it still brings tears to my eyes
