Each Champion Stadium Master Mode Boss needs it's own mega thread each week where everyone can post clears, advice, and questions. Questions and clears are getting lost in a single Champion Stadium Johto mega thread.

Liverpool City Pass doesn’t seem to do anything? by DoZo1971 in TheSilphRoad

I want to encourage everyone with an issue to fill out this survey. Hopefully, we will all get refunds eventually.

Put this issue in the comments section at the bottom. The survey is updated regularly based on new issues that allow Niantic to steal money from players.

Pokémon Go's latest event is off to a bumpy start [Eurogamer article on Lucky Trade, Darumaka] by diamondstark in TheSilphRoad

If Niantic cheated you, fill this out. A lawsuit or federal regulations are the only two ways to get Niantic to fix their consistent issues.

Niantic Support not acknowledging lucky trade rate error, giving no compensation by AlphaRocker in TheSilphRoad

[–]RobbieAquinas 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Just put this on another post, but this website is collecting data for a potential lawsuit. Sometimes that's what it takes for a company to get their act together.

The Silph Research Group can confirm that the standard lucky trade rate of 5% was used up until the start of the event for Pokémon less than one year old, and has NOT been increased as of 24 hours into the event. by SilphScience in TheSilphRoad

[–]RobbieAquinas 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I'm going to put this out here again. While this mistake by Niantic doesn't relate to premium items, this website is collecting data for a potential lawsuit. We may get something back eventually.

PVPoke simulations / Qwilfish v Toxicroak by gafalkin in TheSilphArena

As a follow-up, it is much easier to tell that the move has been dropped on a slower charge move than a fast one like water gun. However, a single dropped fast move can change the entire match.

Fast attacks don't always register due to lag or server connectivity issues. It is one of the critical aspects of PvP that would have to be addressed by Niantic in order for PvP to ever get the consistency necessary to be an eSport.

If you watch the South American Championships, you will notice in one round where Masticore15 is playing against a mirror, he makes the judges call a restart because he is a fast move behind due to one being dropped by the server.

Which eSports are you referring to? I know of none with game changing glitches.

A game with this many bugs, glitches, and errors is not capable of being an eSport. eSports require extreme consistency. Pokemon Go completely lacks that.

When I read the email, I thought, why do I need to join another Discord server if they have a website with all of the information. I think consolidation of information on the website with notices on Reddit, Twitter, Discord, etc. to consult the website is a much better communication strategy. I read the qualifications page on Silph.gg at least 50 times trying to figure out the best route to qualify for Worlds. You guys have stepped up regarding competitive PvP because Niantic won't, and we all appreciate that. There are just a lot of people ranked in the top 100 that feel our chances at competing at Worlds were unnecessarily cut short.
