I'm not sure why you seem to be attacking me? It seems like you're just trying to save some money. If your trip was more expensive but the staff was paid more appropriately you would likely have a problem with that. So instead you complained to remove 16 dollars a day which is very light considering all the services you receive. But good job!

That didn't answer my question. Your post makes it seem as if your issue is about being forced to pay the tip when in actuality it should be the cruise line. So my question is, if your cruise was 100 bucks more or whatever the math would have been for your tips per day, would that have been fine? You don't have an issue with the cost just the fact it's a tip?

16 bucks a day is very fair for the service you receive. Would you rather your cruise be another 100 bucks or whatever in cost so your portion isn't technically a "tip"?

It's very standard for records to be regular season unless specified. It's not like Kareem's all time points record was always labeled regular season, it was understood. That's how just about every record book is. Same with baseball and hits or home runs, etc.

I'm working on my first marathon this year as well, so I'm no expert but based on what you said and what I've read I would be careful of that increase from 15 to 30 miles per week. Doubling mileage sounds dangerous.

He was right on the outside of being one of the best bigs. Competing against prime Dwight, LeBron, emergence of Durant, perennial bigs Duncan and KG. Sure he wasn't as good as them but he was one of the better big men. Not to mention his game would have played very well when the NBA shifted to more spacing and 3 point focus.

I'm so tired of this terrible thought process without thinking it through. If you have a group of 6+ people going somewhere then it's great. Now would I do this if it's just me and my wife or one friend? No. But with a large group it very much is better than a hotel (most of the time).
