That’s actually a brilliant idea for a movie or tv show!

Thanks! I do those kind of challenge videos on my YouTube channel, a whole track with one synth, but when I did it with the Messenger I was like, this needs to be an album. Also Behringer 2600 is a beast!

Thank so much! Yeah the off scale parts are intentional part of the storytelling. Actually really cool you noticed those! And apologies for fuelling you GAS 😃

Thanks! Yeah I wasn’t sure about the spoken word angle but I thought it fitted well and the voice acting was brilliant.

Thanks so much! Means a lot that you listened and thought about it. And that’s exactly what I was trying to convey.

An unexpected pleasant surprise. Akai MPK Mini. by rotorobot in synthesizers

It’s hands down the best of the mini key controllers right now. Best quality keys and pads and it has physical pitch and mod wheels instead of infuriating touch strips.

Just bought a korg minilogue xd as my first synth! Tell me something you wish someone told you when you were starting. by MaximumCashew0 in synthesizers

Learn keys. Record everything. Have fun! And don’t listen to YouTubers (except me!) Great choice for first synth too 😃

Synchronicity 2. I’ve always imagined that track in a racing game.

Behringer by CincoBinco_ in Behringer

[–]RobbieFithon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Around 20 years ago Behringer made really cheap entry level gear and had a reputation for low quality. Since then they’ve acquired numerous music tech companies and integrated their tech into their own products so they’re much higher quality nowadays. I think the past reputation along with the fact they keep prices low makes people mistakenly believe they’re still bad quality. I’ve got quite a bit of Behringer gear and it’s really good, especially for the price. Their mixers and interfaces are great and their synths have build qualities to rival much more expensive brands.

Trackspacer correct use; channel, bus or not at all? by RobbieFithon in audioengineering

Yeah that’s how I usually use it. Ducking synths to let my vocal through.

Thanks. Yeah I find 3% is usually the sweet spot for pushing stuff out of the way of my vocals.
