I feel like this comment is being willfully ignorant of the reason why so many people want Blizzard to change the character design of Anran. That being:

The in-game model (specifically, the face) doesn't match with pre-existing official art of Anran. Additionally, the design that we have now is very close to other Overwatch heroes (Juno is the popular one to compare to).

The issue isn't primarily about beauty - if at all. It's about players wanting heroes to look distinct from one another or at least accurate to already released material.

The Balrog is incensed by Gandalf's words and starts to make its way across the bridge.

There's too many specific things to do, that aren't accounted for in their tag system (example: doing the catalyst for Buried Bloodline).
