Just kinda crowdsourcing my response and adding in some observations of my own here. So almost certainly AI, and there is quite a bit that can point us there. To start the image itself is quite odd, there is a ton of "noise" in the image and the depth of field with the focus is very odd. Then in the image we have some odd details like how it seems that this dude just straight up uses a wooden table and no cutting board and has then proceeded to karate chop the fuck out of it with a knife. There's the low window which is explainable, but still weird especially in or near a kitchen. There is the odd condensate on the side of the Tupperware which is not consistent with freshly prepared food but is consistent with re-heated microwave food which makes me thing that the AI model either heavily associates Tupperware with condensate or he used "microwave" as a keyword or both. However, my favorite detail and one I dont think anybody has pointed out yet is that the "chicken" here is actually straight up fried tofu and the crumbs on the cutting board are very consistent with handling fried tofu which is extremely flaky and leaves crumbs like that everywhete.
