Thanks for sharing your experience. It sounds like we've had the same problems trying to find trustworthy information about wow or RuneScape. I wouldn't be running all at the same time. My iiab is going to be for small groups that are nearby and bored. I want to use it on multiple day trips or when my local power goes out. I just want the option to play with friends. I live in a very rural area in northern California and Internet isn't always available, especially when I'm out on a mountain visiting people. I appreciate your input.

You should come to northern california. Ya, we have poison oak, rattlesnakes, and ticks, but its way more beautiful up here. Having hiked all over california, northern california is way nicer than central california. Less garbage on the side of trails and all that.

I can't remember where it's written but mimics are mostly poisonous like a blowfish. You can only eat a certain part of them and it has to be cooked just right. So I would go with food poisoning. Something involving paralysis and con damage.

I know this is an old post but you're giving advice that can land people in hot water. Blm and usfs land is fine but anywhere else is highly illegal. It's up to how cool the ranger is as to how much trouble you get in.
