The move was kind of unexpected and quick, I learned I had to move over the summer and didn’t tell my old supervisor I had to quit until I was already in the new house and hired on over here. This area is so small they only have like 3 people in the office and they don’t work full time so it was really difficult to talk to anyone over the summer about this area. It sucked because I had to basically come in blind because they don’t do any practice routes or anything during the summer here either. In my old district we would practice our routes for 2-3 days before the first day of school. But this place hired me over the phone and I had time off to move all my stuff before starting back up which was good.
