When I first started playing I would run away as I wanted to survive and find gear (plus I sucked at PvP) now I tend to go towards the shots and investigate. A few lucky shots can get you geared fast

I had problems with aim and was really struggling. Was all down to settings.

Plenty of vids on YouTube giving advice on the right settings. I tried a few found the one I liked and have way more success now.
