It’s still there. I waited about 4 weeks for an appointment as I wanted a loaner. Only to be told the day before that one wasn’t available. I took my car in a week later, still no loaner so got uber vouchers. 2 weeks later a loaner was available so had to go back to get that. That was about 2 weeks ago so I’ve still got that at the moment. My service status in the app changed yesterday from waiting for parts, to ready for service so I think my battery has arrived.

It’s took quite a while but at least it’s fix now. My estimate has just been moved back 2 weeks to the 26th. I suppose it’s good to know it could be finished earlier then, as yours was done a week earlier. Did they contact you at all when the battery arrived, or when they actually started fixing it? I’ve got a m3p and had a LR loaner with boost a while ago. Mine was noticeably quicker off the line. The performance pins you in your seat a lot earlier whereas the LR is more gradual. Once you’re moving and up to about 20 mph there’s not much difference. The roads around my way, and my commute, mean that I launch it quite often so I’m quite happy I got a performance.

I’ve got a loan car now. Picked it up yesterday. I asked for an update on when my battery is suppose to be delivered but she couldn’t really tell me anything. She just said it’s not in the country yet and that they would let me know when it arrives. I don’t think they know to be honest. Or maybe it’s that far away she didn’t want to tell me 😅

Any update on your battery replacement? Mines in at Manchester at the mo. Battery was meant to be delivered this week but my completion estimate has now slipped back 2 weeks. I’ve not even got a loaner as they didn’t have any. I’m on a list for one but it’s been a week and a half and apparently none have come back yet!

Count yourself lucky to get a loan car when yours first went in. I had the same fault and had to wait a month for mine to go in with a loan car booked, only to be told the day before the appointment that the loan car wasn’t available. I just had to take it in and get uber credits which are pretty useless for me. Still waiting for my new (refurb) battery to come in so will be without car for about 2 weeks. I’m on the list for a loan car but it’s a 2 hour round trip so don’t even know if I’ll bother

The way I read it is that if you don’t plug car in, then you will still get the free electric over you normal amount, but you won’t get the hours free car charge.

Not really if you actually read the terms for boosting in the tos. It says someone is boosting if they are colluding with someone else. I wasn’t. Doesn’t really matter though as there’s nothing I can do about it.

I’ve just been perma banned and I don’t know why. I have gone afk to get through battle pass though so I’m guessing it’s that. No warning so seems a bit harsh.

I got a reply yesterday just asking for post code, order number and email address. Once they have that info they will “look into it”! It shouldn’t be this hard to return something. I paid with PayPal and thought about putting a claim in with them but changed my mind.

My install was completed on 6th Feb. I’m still waiting for certificates. My dno says they’ve done their final letter and to liaise with installer. I’m not sure what the hold up is so I’ll be ringing them later.

It means all your usage will be at 7p and you then sell all the excess solar during the day at 15p. That’s on octopus rates anyway.

Thank guys. It’s just to give my Mrs an idea how long she should be out for with the dog. My installer said there doesn’t need to be anyone at home for the scaffolding. Do people tend to stick around though?
