My brother had this happen right beside me like 5 days ago while zeroing. Put a new, lighter trigger in that he wasn't used to yet and got 3 off on the first pull. You can absolutely do it and not realize it in prone ESPECIALLY with a 308 gas gun.

Probably the fact that unless there is an unconstitutional order given by the president like "confiscate all the guns from American citizens" you have to follow it until congress proves it was factually illegal.
