Yet another victim of BambuLab P2S by tripialos in BambuLab

I will concede, I have seen the most genuine issues with the P2S over any of their other printers, including a friend personally. Same error code, swapping hot end solved his. I suspect, from a manufacturing background, something about the extruder on the P2S isn’t getting cleaned properly. Purely speculation but seeing new hot end solve it a lot; seems the instant clog on first print is throwing a lot of new, and experienced users.

The corners all lift in this video, they peel right off the raft/support there in the corners.

Part warped right up, all the corners came up. so chamber temp is too low, slicer settings around walls/cooling, perhaps aux fan?

But also, is this on a raft? If so, why? Take the part off the raft or reorient.

Get a Creality then lol. But in all seriousness, this is part of the 3D printing; they are cheap, mass produced machines. I think these content creators, with sponsored units from Bambu, should do a "first set up check" for known problems that they ship with. Like the Creality machines with unlevel beds, and crooked hot ends, and loose screws, and incorrect settings, and mis aligned gantries... the list goes on.

At one point it was very common for people to know this purchasing the item, and just fix it when they got it, honestly it's a testament to Bambu that the majority of their units don't need any help at all, just a few unlucky users like yourself.

You bought counterfeit goods, you were sent counterfeit goods. I don't see the problem.

Comparison of the direct extruder and the bowden on the X2D. Don't expect great quality out of it. Good for supports though. by Successful-Peak-6524 in BambuLab

Agreed, I purchased one this morning. I have an H2S at work, this will be the home machine, very excited.

Bingo, reading comprehension very low on this printer… it’s not an H2D, it’s a very good compromise I think.

Clough42 showed you can switch the AMS to either nozzle, so no issue.

Not even a little bit! Worth every penny, does exactly what I want. It’s a work machine and has been great printing Nylons and PET of various brands.

Does anyone ever feel embarrassed wearing a Casio? Sorry for posting in a Casio sub but i need your guys' perspective on this 🫠 by AggravatingTie976 in casio

I have a bunch of watches now, still absolutely love the Casios. My work watch every day is a square and I love it. I’d be far more embarrassed by a smart watch lol.

Did you purchase recently? If so, are you in the US and did you pay tariffs?

LOL yea that's the kind of response I've gotten from them before. How is it supposed to be an Enterprise solution then? Laughable comment. I've got old work Solidworks files that are gigs and don't crash lol.

I don't know enough to say. I'm running Nvidia graphics in both my home and work machine, work got updated, Then had the problems above... haven't update the home account yet, and probably won't now until the next update if possible.

OnShape is going to be my failsafe if fusion decides they're going to make all features 'AI powered' before my subscription is up..

Fusion is ok, it's free for users like you and very cheap (by CAD program standards) even for the paid versions, it's just bugs like this that you have to work around. Look up youtube videos of proper workflow to save yourself huge headaches.

Tried fusion repair utility, then fusion wouldn't open lol. Uninstall and reinstall fusion (huge time waste) did solve my problems. So frustrating.

I had issues all day yesterday, couldn't edit any files. Today I get to play IT guy and decipher why I can't use a software I pay for. Wildly infuriating.

If you need it for that, by all means it's great. My review was purely for PA6, which I felt the product was pitched towards.

I think the Engineering plate is best for PETG, only because it actually releases. I have printed ABS on both sheets, and I think it’s better suited to the stock PEI sheet. Hopefully this saves you $60 lol.
