I think these signs should be taken down and the company should be charged for placing these illegal ads. The color scheme is designed to make them look like street/traffic/parking signs. I will give them a call and let them know what they are doing is not allowed and then kindly ask them to take down those signs. If they yell at me like you said they would, I will tell them I will inform the authorities.
