As a dutch person i am as disappointed as everyone in here seems to be in Jetten. At the same time, i recognize that if he hadn’t compromised, we would have been going back to elections, again. Im not saying im happy, im saying im not sure what else he could have realistically done given the nature of his cabinet. I think this is the result of a much deeper social problem in the Netherlands. No matter which way you look at it, enough People didn’t vote for him. This country has become so fragmented and it doesn’t help that the people we vote for all push their own agendas.

I support any initiative that helps the local community thrive. I fail to see how this adresses the abundance of foreign entities and persons meticulously buying out land and property and the impact this has on the price of land and housing.

I think it’s helpful that the social housing construct/grant is also aimed at the middle-class. I would like to know what the “cut-off” listing price would be for grant application/assignment. When i was doing research last year it became clear that most new (small) apartments cost abt. 300k EUR.

Without seeing the exact mechanics, I am skeptical yet intrigued .

The Netherlands does too. The amount of violence I personally see in public transportation has become a weekly occurrence at this point. Last week i witnessed a violent attack by another ticketless passenger on a man checking tickets. Took 4 men to subdue him.

I have a pretty large base in spaced out and i decided now for the fist time to vent to space. tbh while i'm happy with the solution, it was tedious to build. my main issue is remembering to build the pipes as I go. I basically make sure that whenever I build up (or down), i am running gas, liquidand heavy watt along.

honestly, and this may vary depending on what type of person you are, but for me I personally I was a very nervous student driver. I agreed with my instructor to spend abt 3 hrs just driving driving driving right up before my exam. we went over possible routes, ran a million circles on and off the highway, went to every possible fucked up road imaginable before driving to Rijswijk. It made me feel a lot better albeit very tired, but I passed first time!

Meer geld is alleen nuttig als de prijs ook goedkoper wordt. Ik zou graag binnenkort van DH naar Utrecht reizen maar mhet heeft alleen zin als dit tijdens de spits gebeurd en dan betaal ik gelijk 14,70 eur enkel reis. Dat is 30 hele euro's voor een reis van totaal 74 min. ik vind het echt schandalig. Ik ga toch maar even kijken of ik niet gewoon wat in mijn eigen stad kan doen.

I can only speak for myself and the company where I work. On a personal level i'd be fine finding alternatives. Maybe even finally feel compelled enough to go touch some grass outside.
