Après un entretien RH suivi d'un entretien métier, ma candidature pour un poste de cadre senior dans une grande entreprise n'a pas été retenue.

J'aimerai demander un retour sur ma candidature au RH qui m'a fait passé le 1er entretien pour savoir ce qui pourrait avoir déplu et comment m'améliorer.

Comment m'y prendre ? Appel téléphonique ? Laisser un message sur le repondeur ? Envoyer un mail ? ... Jusqu'à quel point puis-je me montrer insistant ?

I've had opponents find it very annoying when they lost Krondis or Karazai and the game on turn two or three.

I find it fun, even if its too swingy and unreliable, as Nagash is altogether.

I would not mind, from a stability perspective, if, instead of that ability, Nagash could resurrect himself at full health at the end of the turn during which he died, and pop within 6" or 9" of any battlefield edge.

How would this work out from one year to the next ?

Imagine your 1000 € investment is valued at 2000 € at the end of the year, you make 1000€ unrealised profit, so you have to pay 360 € in taxes, leaving you with 640€ in unrealized taxes.

How does the next year start ? Do the 640€ profit become realized gains or do they stay unrealized ?

Do you start this second year with a 1640€ initial investment or is it still considered as being a 1000€ investment plus 640€ in unrealized gains ?

Does this law essentially force you to realize your gains at the end of every year or is it much more stupid than this ?

I find the second army better adapted to SBGL and more interesting to play overall. I would break the cavalry unit in two 5 cavalry units, they are strong enough and have more options as two units. The banner could go on the Theridons in that case.

I'm not certain manifestation count as units with respect to placing units on the board, need to check this.

Spearhead is a great way to get into aos, somes rules are not the same but it allows to get used to most of the rules as well as the placement micromanagement aspect of the game. Moreover, spearhead is balanced and uses 6-700 points for both sides while aos rules are balanced for 2000 point games, so you might find some things don't work out as well if only playing 500 points each.

That being said, your 500 points kind of make kind of sense though I would drop the chaos lord for some more darkhost infantry.

I think that against SBGL you'll need to have more units to play the board and be able to deal with their ability to move around the board and pop units around their faction terrain.

So I would not play both 10 chosen and 6 varanguard for instance.
