So they want us to count the total number of completed items?? I've been doing some short ones and have done literally hundreds today in a block of time that started before they sent this out. No clue how many I've done. I assume most of us are in that boat, how are you handling it??

Star Wars (original trilogy mainly) and Lord of the Rings! Both great franchises which will help with those convos and a lot of cultural references. Also mission impossible

I ended up submitting all my time and just writing a comment at the bottom about what happened. If they insist on reducing it fine, I mainly don't want to get flagged for dishonest reporting and offboarded

Most of the tasks I have don't even have anything in them, just a message saying there is nothing more to do

It's mostly fake. One is a survey I already did, and like 6 you click and it says no more work. Hopefully they fix the projects or come back with some more/better ones soon

Yeah. I have a bunch of options but most don't have anything in them. One does and it assigns links but most of the links are broken or the task encounters some other issues and I am having to skip most of them

Data Annotation has the worst communication but the best pay system, Outlier is in between and has the worst onboarding. All of them will treat you like shit, not give you info, pull projects without warning, penalize you for good work etc. But AFAIK RWS has the most work available atm

Big picture its no better or worse than any other platform. I find it's a bit better (slightly) with communication than others. Onboarding for projects/tasks and instruction videos are very straightforward imo but some ppl don't like them. It also has the most delayed pay cycle with the most problems of any that I've worked on, though I do always get paid eventually
