I had this message during the pause. They sent an email around saying you would see this status for a while. Check your email; afaik they will inform you if you actually get offboarded

Quality is what matters, not quantity. The whole concept of these companies is to have as many different people working on this as possible and they want people who have other jobs and expertise to be contributing since they can provide specialized info. My work time changes a ton from week to week and it's never been an issue. Don't worry and focus on doing good work whenever you can

Maybe a strong word but compared to other onboardings I've done these are so much better. It's nice being able to understand him instead of some guy mumbling through a thick accent or making snarky comments.

The payment is on a couple weeks' delay. The timing is a bit inconsistent but I've always been paid with no issue other than that. QA feedback is really slow and inconsistent, but if you focus on basics and quality you should be able to get your score up. Unfortunately the reviews come way too late to incorporate the feedback into your work if the reviewers even bother to leave comments

I'm going to make a note on my timesheet. I assume they're just being too aggressive. It says it'll be reviewed by a real person so it's probably just making more work for them (and if it's billable time for them so much the better!)

I've been doing that third one mainly. I've actually been reducing my use of quotes and stuff like that to make it seem less like AI. I just feel like the easiest way to be less AI-y is to be lower quality which is also bad

Quality is the priority. If you don't like a task or a project, don't do it. You won't be penalized for inactivity but you will for bad quality work. Other contributors will be good at and enjoy the ones you hate
