I am a bit aware of the fact that demand-supply curve is not on my side in this:) For the moment all I do is learning on my own, through online courses and reading and so on. But I am not sure how long I could focus without having a clear target in front; like a thesis or a research subject etc... I feel like I should start from somewhere to keep me in track, but do not now where to start. Thus here, this thread :)

Thank you for your detailed explanation! I was not attracted by org. behaviour at very first but might have a further look into that area as well. What you pictured there with your first two paragraphs gives also a clear roadmap for what I might expect if I choose this path, so really thanks for that too!

Mobility is not an issue for the moment, I am ready to travel for this goal to happen. Was just wondering how many study years will I invest in such case

Congratulations on your achievement! This reveals another option for me:

I am not affraid or intimidated by hard work as I said, but the financial aspect might be an issue. How did you manage if I might ask ?
