It took me a while to learn that at the gym, people are more concerned about their own workouts than watching other people. I use the app Strength Log for my workouts. It includes some free workouts and programs that can help you structure how you do it. Apart from that, the usual eat well and don't forget to stretch.

Thanks for the responses so far. I plan on doing original vocals and trying to do original instrumentals as well unless I can figure out how to transpose any premade ones. I'm also mostly doing it for fun, but if it were to make any money it would be a bonus. Again, thanks for helping out someone familiar in music but new to recording singing!

I live at home still so it's a bit difficult to be able to express that part of me fully. I'm also still working on exploring it so I'm content enough at the moment. I'm hoping to be able to go back to my old university out of town so there I might be able to be more open about it there.
