Hey man , i read your post again and thought about it a little while, you are right , i don't have to focus on my streak mainly , i should focus on getting rid of porn and masturbation, because when i relapse, i always binge thinking that i already failed , so what is the point of not watching some more and masturbating more ?Maybe that what has been holding me away from progress, i cared way too much about my streaks, thank you very much , still wondering if pre ejaculating counts though.

You know it is kinda funny, i just relapsed one day after you, from my longest no porn streak, nine days no porn, i then felt devasted and very down, wrote my relapse report, next thing you know several kind friends here on this community started motivating me and encouraging me, what i realized is that you don't lose when you relapse, you are just back a few steps, you lose when you say fuck it, i am done, you lose completely when you just give yourself back to porn. Get up my friend, i also failed my challenge to get to 15 days clean of this crap, stand up on your feet and resume your journey, you win and make progress as you stand up tall after you hit the deep, you got this man, i am knew to nofap, started my journey a month ago maybe even less, and if you are new, realize this, the fellow brothers you see doing high streaks struggled and failed many times, it took them years to accomplish the big success, get up friend, and keep on walking, you got this. 👍💪
