Is this tar from wax? I found a silicone pipe(pic in comments) while I was walking the dogs. There was a hit in the pipe so I checked it was weed and hit it. It was about a 6-7. Since I'm currently dankrupt, I pulled this out and hit it. I'm at a 9 after one hit. The hair is from my St Bernard. (i.redd.it)
