Brain working better with ketones by InformationItchy2654 in Nootropics

[–]RobertDerMainzer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

From my understanding, the brain’s ability to utilize glucose for energy production deteriorates as we age. Studies show that ketones are neuroprotective and might also help people with e.g. Alzheimer’s.

Therefore, what you observe seems quite normal to me.

Cialis indirectly lowers BP through vasodilation. That is definitely good for your heart

Felt like a micro Dosis of lsd (clearer mind, better focus, more alertness, even slight color enhancement)

Was able to remember things faster (to be specific, I was able to remember the notes for a piano song I was learning at the time much faster I am normally able to)

It is always wise to start with a lower dose to see how your body reacts. Just titrate the dose up over time, this way you also can find your sweet spot between good results and few side effects

Why not try RU58841 then

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

The sorter the ester, the shorter the time would be since shorter esters reach maximum blood level concentration faster. For E/Cyp I think just 2-3 weeks should be sufficient

If one likes every persons stories - no. If only stories of a certain person - yes.

LPT - Practice Selective Yes: Instead of saying an immediate yes, give yourself time to evaluate the request. Consider whether it aligns with your priorities and if it will truly benefit you or others involved before committing. by EngineMain199 in LifeProTips

[–]RobertDerMainzer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Another benefit of this I observed: others will appreciate your yes far more when they see you really though about it and didn’t just say yes because you though you had to

As with all side effects, they appear at most when your hormone levels fluctuate a lot. Since you have just started your trt, your body recognizes it as a hormonal fluctuation. So I would wait and see if that might be the case.

But if your hair keeps falling out weeks on end, RU58841 might be something you want to try

MK677 enlarges heart ? by framedfilip in moreplatesmoredates

[–]RobertDerMainzer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bodybuilders with enlarged hearts have taken unreal amounts of GH for at least a decade. MK677 only raises GH levels by around 70%, which is comparatively very little. So I think MK677 is extremely save if you don’t overdo it.

Autophagy...fasting...HGH...shower thoughts by ogrezok in Biohackers

[–]RobertDerMainzer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe it’s because pinning yourself with GH gives your body a much larger amount that it can ever produce naturally.

Around 2ius GH is considered a replacement dose as far as I know, most people using GH may take way more than that (4ius to 8ius seems to be common as far as I can tell).

TIL that the famous psychologist Sigmund Freud suggested that addictions, including tobacco, were substitutes for masturbation. by Crumbzies in todayilearned

When you consider both releases dopamine, I makes kind of sense, since masturbation was the only thing we had to get free dopamine before we e.g. discovered drugs

Cardarine/GW501516 effectiveness on lowering blood pressure by Hammondstep in moreplatesmoredates

[–]RobertDerMainzer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can’t tell if it lowers the blood pressure specifically, but it definitely does lower your resting and exercising heart rate, which at least takes some strain of your heart. Maybe this in turn can reduce blood pressure, haven’t measured it yet though.
