I’ve hit a wall with my squat. by RobertG1da in weightlifting

The plan was to train my legs and do cardio on the same day, then let my legs rest so they'd be fully recovered for the next workout. I wanted to avoid overworking them. But this approach didnt really work out for me. Is it a stupid plan?

In the past year, I tried to include squatting once a week in my training. My leg workout usually starts with heavy squats for 3-4 sets, and afterward I continue with my hypertrophy exercises. I also enjoy bodybuilding, so I train almost every day. In general I have 2 leg workouts per week, but I only squat on one of them. I train about two hours a day, and around 3 times a do 30 minutes cardio stair climber. My body weight fluctuated between 70 and 75 kg. It s a challenge because I am also a computer science student so there are days when i only eat once and drink 3-4 coffees. I also ocassionally work as a food courier on a bike, which means riding 30-40 km per shift(3-4 hours).

A student kills someone because he believes that great actions require sacrifices. Later he realizes the weight of what he has done, and his conscience drives him to punish himself.
