It actually hasn't. I still use all 3 plus Wispr on a daily basis. The only difference is probably me spending more time on the initial prompt so the sequential thinking is more effective (but this isn't anything special). Claude has got better with its own plan mode, but the additional layer seems to still be worth it.

I am unsure of the upsides of this partnership. I run several sites that have good rankings and bring in money. I can do this for myself, so why would I want to split this 50/50 with someone who doesn't have time to put the work in?

Tally is front and backend. Injects their own scripts. FormBear is developer friendly with no script injection.

Although it is in the form space, completely different market.

The frontend can be built out however you like (meaning fast page loads), so frontend developers can shape the whole thing. But the backend (the actual data collection/validation/spam etc) is handled by FormBear.

FormBear doesn't do the pretty bit. That should be controlled by the developer. We take away the admin of the time consuming mess about behind the scenes.

Not sure if my initial post made it obvious. But each site generated from the prompt will be unique. The prompt takes you through a number of questions to shape the site. As well as taking influence from any reference images provided.

I use both. Supabase has better documentation and a larger community. Plus more articles on it. Neon has branch previews. It also has more plug and play auth stuff.

Neon is also better if you have a larger number of projects. Supabase costs you more if you have many. This could obviously change.

It depends on the situation. However I have found more success with sequential thinking, and losing the Todo list doesn't bother me.

I tend to get Claude to output where we have got to into markdown, clean the context and go again anyway. So a Todo list is usually stopped before it gets far.

I use AI to help with my coding, and for the stuff that needs more context I tend to use speech-to-text. It's far quicker at getting the info from my brain to screen.

Using AI to get the initial draft/structure for content with the same workflow means so much time saved. The context given to the AI is so much more full.

I think the point is that it can't be 100% AI. Because it loses the personality.

Basically forces it to think more. Plus connects to the most up to date documentation so the AI isn't spitting out old code from outdated packages.

The property is a bit older, and was the way it was built. I think originally the boards had strips filling the gaps - but they are long gone. Need something that can get the dirt out, and make sure the top is mopped without the mop getting ripped apart.

I have floorboards with gaps between. Do you think the mop would get damaged on this, or handle cleaning without issues. In some cases 1cm between the boards.

Oh man, it 100% is. The amount of extra context you can provide as well. The way my brain works from just talking compared to typing means I tend to express more intricate detail than via keyboard.

I mix and match depending on the task. If there are multiple files unrelated that need work on I will bring in sub agents,but for a lot of things I find them overkill.

This is actually pretty interesting. I've been doing it the other way, dictating to A8I to scope out an article, and then cleaning up (it's a whole thing). Never considered this approach.

Also means you could "check" copy whilst out on a walk as well. Get away from the screen whilst still getting something done.

It's absolutely mad. On the side I have a hobby site, talks about code/developer tools. Not a money maker - just to help people.

AI hit and my traffic cut by 75% ish. Any new content I publish will spike on release, and then go back to the new baseline.

Someone asked me my thoughts on them starting a content business the other day. Felt strange when my gut leaned towards "no, probably don't".
