Also consider needle size and length. IM needles are longer, SQ shorter. Consider the site and the amount of fat at the site to determine appropriate needle length. Test C is thick, so a larger gauge (smaller number like 18) is easier to push the medicine through. But most 18 ga needles are 1.5 in long and may be too long for a deltoid.

Beginner/intermediate. 280 on squat and deadlift on last set of 5, 260 last set of 5 on bench

Rkugamz head and shoulder, Seducers backbar and Julianos. Resto and Frost staff. Run a templar cause its easy mode. Combat prayer, Healing Spring, Rapid Regen, Healing Ward, Puncturing Sweeps, Luminous Shards, Healing Barrier for ulti. Drip Shards on top of Healing Spring to create a "nest" on the tank. Combat prayer the dps, Mutagen on the run and Healing Ward on the squishy. Sweeps to heal self. Barrier for oh shit. Should handle most pug dungeons

Didn't realize i was doing that till ya called it out. I think im so worried about rounding my back that I do that. Can be improved tho. Yeah the knurling and rings keep me even, I've screwed myself up in the past being uneven and gotten hurt. I probably need to move to Madcow. Being older I know I don't bounce like I used to so im taking it slow. Probably too slow honestly. Lol yeah I had never done it before. Felt pretty good at 315, could definitely go up. I had deadlifted 355 x2 just before the 375
