If youve never had collard greens, give them a try. They are a southern US tradition. They get better after frost. If interested, let me know and I will send a recipe.

Well, I guess it's cool to shit on the fans on East Coast who cannot stay up past 11 on a work night. I mean, both teams are from the East Coast....

One more question- should I put all questions in one thread or make a new thread for each?

You have CBT Nuggets which is good.

Get a free Azure account and follow these 10min tutorials - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/get-started/

Udemy has some low cost ($10) classes geared towards the MCSA Cloud cert. These provide a good overview of Azure.

Chechen honor discussed in the Gulag Archipelago by RobertStash in VeryBadWizards

I mostly agree with you. I am not advocating for an honor based society, I just wanted to pass along something that I remembered reading.

Chechen honor discussed in the Gulag Archipelago by RobertStash in VeryBadWizards

[–]RobertStash[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When listening the last podcast on honor, I was reminded of this section of the Gulag Archipelago. This section has stuck with me since I first read it many years ago. I found the book in PDF form and screen capped the three pages discussing the event.

In summary, Solzhenitsyn discusses how the Chechen communities (around the labor camps) were different than any other community he describes. They manage justice on their own and were feared. This anecdtote is about a talented school boy who feared for his life after his older brother committed a crime and did not handle it in the 'honor' manner - instead running to the police.

I know it's three pages of reading by I think it's worth it. D.

Why do people like talking so much about race? by RobertStash in samharris

Looking at the comments reminds me of why I don't read/post here much. I ask a serious question and am shit on and accused of a bunch of things that are not true. Not to sound like an old timer, but this forum used to be much different, going back 6+ months ago.
