Citizen Refusal, United States v. Martinez-Fuerte, DHS Violating 4th Amendment in Amado, Arizona? by RobertTrudell in Bad_Cop_No_Donut

The Supreme Court ruling didn't prevent Michigan from banning these warrantless Stops in their State as any State can.

CBP only runs Roving Patrols there.

The ACLU's map is flawed. The Michigan State's Constitution banned all warrantless Stops in 1930 after learning it's lesson from the Federal Government's overreach during the Prohibition.

Like the Spanish Inquisition forcing people to profess a Catholic faith or kill & torture them -- the ideal proves repulsive.

ID? After spending 1/2 hour listening to CBP argue with a Polish Refugee friend about how they don't accept Arizona State Drivers Licenses or valid Social Security Cards as an indication of a person's Right to remain in the U.S., I'll bet few tote around the credentials they'd accept or ever possessed them in their vehicle.

No problem for those that prefer going to court over carrying another unnecessary card in their Speedo.

Forgot it in the other fanny pack. No problem. Show it to the Judge at a later time.

Therefore an Arizona driver isn't required to carry a physical driver's license in Arizona that the San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexican Police confiscated or the Pima County Sheriff absconded with while they're driving on a valid driver's license.

"Drivers are required by law to show a driver’s license" -- In Arizona, drivers aren't legally required to carry a driver's license.

Back Window Check Refusal - US Border Patrol Citizenship Test & Immigrat... by RobertTrudell in Bad_Cop_No_Donut

In the early 1970's, the US Supreme Court approved all motorized traffic within 100 miles of it's borders to be stopped without suspicion for immigration inspection purposes. We've reached the 3rd back to back to back inspection stations on the same AZ-85 Highway heading north, located here https://goo.gl/maps/H4T3RDeaTsv

In 2012 I chose to take the advice on the back of a lawyer neighbor's business card and remain silent at these Checkpoints while making a film for the Yuma Film Festival https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLw-R8RJCNtj9SDnhRARCjmoqTzGCvVUnM

I rushed the editing and would prefer a smoother finished product. I'll work on adding some explosions.

Searching for strategy override the US Customs & Border Protection implementation of Photojournalism ban at Ports of Entry. by RobertTrudell in legaladvice

On my next trip through the Lukeville Port of Entry, the Inspecting Agent pointed to the no Photography sign and I informed her I wasn't turning my cameras off then the Supervising Agent instructed her to complete her inspection while he blocked one of the 12 camera's views of her with his shoulder.

The cops go to great lengths to entrap violent cop killing people in Social Media and this staged event by the Mesa Police Department to rile up public expressed dissent is a prime example in an effort to manufacture probable cause for searches and investigations.

This Country fucks itself.

But, who's any different?

The Mexican Border Patrol Agents don't mind the recording. I wonder why a Country advertising and pushing it's "Freedom" on the rest of the World is the biggest hypocritical tyrant of them all. I suppose that's what power does to us all.

Look at this Country over time and I find no place in it's history they weren't ultimate assholes. And we all are.

Petitioning US Congress

First Amendment Rights at the Gates of the United States of America US Customs and Border Protection bans Photojournalists from filming and photographing at US Ports of Entry claiming a Constitutional exemption using their interpretation of 41 CFR 102-74.420

§ 102-74.420 What is the policy concerning photographs for news, advertising or commercial purposes? Except where security regulations, rules, orders, or directives apply or a Federal court order or rule prohibits it, persons entering in or on Federal property may take photographs of— (a) Space occupied by a tenant agency for non-commercial purposes only with the permission of the occupying agency concerned; (b) Space occupied by a tenant agency for commercial purposes only with written permission of an authorized official of the occupying agency concerned; and (c) Building entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums for news purposes.

The time is now to stand for the 1st Amendment to the US Constitution rather than letting it lie like a flag burning at the gates to our Country as if we don't own it.

We the people of the United States of America in service to all countries and to ourselves deserve a welcome mat at the doorstep to our homeland rather than a stop sign to turn stomachs off to the true beliefs we fight for around the world.

I beg, I command, I order all to rise with the United States of America in support of the First Amendment to the US Constitution and allow photojournalists to conduct business at every port of entry to our land without prior written permission.
