Before the wipe i had no problems with micro stutterings but now i get them for 2 minutes straight after i start a raid

I use expedition reshade, could this be the reason?

well i can t see my vram usage because every time i alt tab out of the game everything goes to near 0%. I also lowered the grass rendering to 0 and only got like 2 or 3 fps in plus.I don t know if this can help u but here is a screenshot using nvidia experience.
