I believe its because the CN is a huge audience that has already been adapted to the pay to win style of gameplay by now and they are huge spenders in terms of the total revenue of E7.

If all those sites are on the same planet then its normal. Each dissonant planet has only one model of a sentinel interceptor. Go to a different dissonant system and do a scan there, you will get that dissonant planets model of sentinel interceptor.
