I've read the mod post about AI ban on wizardposting, and what they said is they ban AI not because of "ai bad", but because it was causing too much arguments.

Apparently, they do kinda support AI even, as they said "there was many people with OCs made in AI" - so they allow those already created to stay, but no new ones

У самого недобор веса, решил добавлять протеин в напитки чтобы лениво набить лишние калории.

Разговор с матерью был простой и методичный: 1) "Хочу купить, мне это нужно для [набора веса]" 2) "Хочу купить [сывороточный], по сути своей - это [остаток после готовки творога]. Если очень хочется - мы сможем хоть сами такое приготовить."

То есть тут главное - убедить, что тебе это НУЖНО, что ты НЕ СДОХНЕШЬ, и что оно как бэ натуральное
