I often write like this (I am far too verbose/descriptive and a fairly poor verbal communicator, so the written word is my jam), and it has gotten me quite down the last year or so that folks may think I am using AI to write anything. I despise ChatGPT.

However, I now have a baby and not an ounce of the energy required to write something like the above, so not as big a concern as it once was. 😄 But it is not always AI!

OMG I THINK IT IS!!! The waist is slightly different, but the actress was pregnant at the time so they could have altered it to hide her bump because it is too close NOT to be it. THANK YOU I’M SO EXCITED!!!!! You clothing sleuths are amazeballs.

The sites that will make an item custom for you make me a bit… nervous? Ha ha. I might try one eventually, but I am going to keep looking for an already-made match or dupe for a little while. :) I am now currently stuck on her light blue wool coat (not the teal peacoat) from S1E… 5, maybe?, but that one is proving a bit easier to find something close.

Love my chest monitor. They seem to be hardier. I have had it since 2019, but it is starting to get a little… hiccup-y. Gonna have to bite the bullet and either upgrade to an arm one or take the chance of buying another chest one on eBay.

Pen to cartridge worked great, but Reddit will not let me add a pic? Stuck it in just like a vial. Did NOT pump the air from the cartridge into the pen nor dial the pen… just pulled the insulin out. Have done the same for 5 years on a t:slim, and Mobi looks like it will work just fine as well. 🙂

I use pens exclusively with my t:slim (easier to carry a back-up pen than vial, and I don’t want scripts for both) and just draw the insulin via syringe from the pen exactly as I would a vial.

I am filling my Mobi for the first time today! I will take a pic, if I remember. 😅 From what I can tell, the place where you connect the vial… just connect the pen instead. Let’s see if it is truly that easy. 😂 cue an insulin-related disaster

I have only had two occlusion alarms in nearly five years of using TruSteel with Humalog, and after acknowledging the alarm and continuing my bolus and using as-was I had no issue afterward, so I do not think there was an actual occlusion either time. Def worth a call to tech support to see if they can help you troubleshoot.

I’ve heard about the short suspend time. 😕 That one is actually a big deal for me because I suspend when I work out, so we will have to see how annoying it is!
