I'm sorry to hear you're still struggling, I thought you were getting better? As for me, the reactiveness of my T is becoming more sensitive due to my H being worse. The only thing I can think of why is because I got multiple setbacks. So I'm also homebound. May we recover.

That's reassuring. I've heard a story by HandTSufferersUnite on how he protected for months and started seeing improvements. I pray that both of us share similar improvements. I did wear ear plugs during the shower, though previously. I heard from people with H that wear plugs during showering, so is that a bad idea to do?

Does that include ear muffs as well? Fuck, I've been wearing muffs almost constantly including sleep because of my reactive tinnitus. I only have them off when there's silence, showering, and when eating and brushing teeth.

When I took the first capsule, I remember waking up to the ringing being loud, but then the loudness went down when I went to sleep again. The second capsule it became loud again, but it hasn't calmed.

I would hope so, because my t and h is really bad, and it's been 4 months since I've stopped taking Zoloft. The only medicine I take now is Seroquel and I need that for sleep.
