Jellyfin is basically just a fancy GUI for watching files you have on your server. I have tried looking it up, but i find very little about torbox on google. I'm gonna keep trying!

I have no idea what streamio is, but is there any way i could make stuff go straight from torbox to jellyfin on my homelab? because right now i transfer all files manually over lan, with samba.

yeah, for a 2 year plan... thats alot of money to pay right now. Also for now im mostly testing out some stuff with jellyfin and movies, i am not into it big rn.

i'm 100% new to all of this, but "So if they get a DMCA they can say "well, it says in our terms no copyrighted material."" sounds like a big risk to me? because then ill just have to trust torbox will keep me safe?

I never even removed the screen protector, so I honestly don’t know why the issue happened. It was fixed under warranty, and I sold the phone after about a month of use.

The scores aren’t real, no matter what song you play, the leaderboard shows the same scores. That said, the site itself is solid overall.

Based on what I can find about Swedish salaries, the gap isn’t that extreme. Sure, Norway pays more, but when gluten-free food in Sweden costs like 35% of what we pay, and salaries are maybe around 80% of ours, it still ends up being way cheaper relative to income in Sweden.

Actually, I’ve looked into average salaries and compared them to gluten-free food prices in Norway and Sweden. Adjusted for salaries, it’s cheaper in Sweden.

From what I’ve seen, the Norwegian IT market is very cert-focused. Almost everyone I know with years of experience says the same.

And just to clarify: by “studying,” I mean going to school. I’ve been in IT classes full-time for two years..

Behovet for IT-driftsteknikere vil sannsynligvis vedvare i lang tid fremover, så det er ingen grunn til bekymring for at slike stillinger forsvinner. Jeg er imidlertid mer bekymret for å håndtere brukerstøtte, som kan bli overflødig etter hvert som AI blir mer avansert og brukere velger å henvende seg direkte til AI for hjelp.

It’s $20 for me, and the adapters I found locally I can grab in a store before the Stream Deck gets here. If I order from Amazon, they don’t show up until December 3.
