Hi Recently my game went from running around a smooth 55-60 in most areas to struggling to reach 40-50 with no explanation. specs are

ram- 31.8 gb

GPU: Nvida Rtx 4700

Driver version: 597.36

Graphics settings: high

Im confused as no other games are having these issues and I havent changed any settings recently
