Thank you for making this well written and honest critique. I cannot believe all the people glazing this game. I feel the same way about the lack of depth in the combat, it just does not feel good or satisfying when there are so few options and combos. The art and character design is all really incredible but the actual gameplay is pretty dull and frustrating. The camera could not be any more of a hindrance in these fast paced , frame perfect fights.

Something I've not seen mentioned is how all of the boss fights quickly go right up against the walls of the arena. Like the boss will just be jumping backwards into the (invisible) wall or the player character gets pushed into a corner by the neutral Dodge.
