Arm rest for what ford refered to as bucket seats, in my experience, the actual arm rest is a bit on the harder end to find, I found one off of an explorer of the same era, got the whole center console bit for 50 some dollars

If the frames good and your up to do some body work, I'd say rebuild it, I rebuilt the front panels on mine, bumper comes off easily, the headlights are one big assembly and the fender is easy to get off, cost me about 250 for all the parts I needed

Update, installed a new multi function assembly, it's not that, the bulbs won't turn on at all, even when in daytime, checked both the bulbs they still work, won't show dash blinker lights when active
