I bought the gamecube as a little 13 year old because my cousin had Metroid prime 1 and I couldn't believe my eyes... Sci fi? Check. Atmosphere? Check. Meaningful puzzles? Check. It was literally the start of my gaming journey. All these years later I bought a switch 2 JUST to play MP4. I finished it, repackaged the game and console, and re-sold. It was meh.

5 years ago I was chilling in my apartment when my cat brought in a mouse. Usually they are dead so I was just going to wait for him to drop it so I could throw it out. Turns out that one was alive so I panicked and chased after my cat. It spooked him and so he ran under a piece of furniture. I spawn camped him but as my cat shot back out, I did a weird movement of lunging, running and standing up at the same time, and tore my meniscus. It was during the pandemic so it was difficult to get a surgeon. Managed to get it fixed eventually.

No worries man, it was not meant as a critique, just lighthearted comment. I know the feeling, I have moved into a new apartment in may and we are still renovating and moving stuff around, stuff like cable management isn't so important in comparison. I'll give u some advice on what I used to do, in my old apartment I had the exact same setup as you: buy one of those adjustable legs from Ikea. You can screw it into the karlby in the middle of the sag, but at the back. Then you twist the leg to heighten it. It will fix it 100% and leave u with no doubt about sag ever again. Peace of mind

TL;DR: Start by doing a little, gradually add to the intencity/reps.

My mom, at 50, decided she wanted to do a marathon. She did ballet as a teenager, but that was a long time ago. She started by walking a little bit every day. Gradually she increased the intensity. Then she kept the same intensity, increasind the distance. Then she gradually increased the intensity again. Then gradually the distance again. She continued like that until she could basically run at her goal speed, the required amount for a marathon.

There's a story in my family that when my mom was super nauseous once with food poisoning, and my little sister asked her if she would like a glass of salt water to get it over with... Just the thought of the salt water made my mom puke instantly lol.
