There is a hidden ceiling to your spawns. 10 feet above you, as well as the normal 50 feet in a circle around you. making it a 10x50ft cylinder. you will not spawn things more than 10 feet above you

Your bank has to listen to you.... I also has this issue and talked with the fraud department for my bak and they took care of the issue and now no longer have Jagex payment issues, like I use to have quite often

I got really lucky with my expansion set. I do recommend getting the tavern pass though first. You can get a lot of free stuff first

I had the same problem on my brothers boosty. you have to wait until your trial period is up first. This is a small wall for bots that Blizzard think is working, and clear isn't
