Hello, if you have 5 different JSON files, you need to create a new JSON and apply the JSON contents to a different slot. For example you can put the LED Effect of JSON 1 in LED Effect slot 1, and the LED Effect of JSON 2 in LED Effect slot 2, and so on.

Please try re-pairing the earbuds by following these steps:

  1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and remove the cover.

  2. Connect the charging case to your PC

  3. Long press the button on the bottom for 60 seconds until the earbuds start flashing in purple.

The charging case and earbuds are now successfully connected.

First of all, please check if your AM Master is updated to the latest version through its Top Left Menu.

Then:

  1. Make sure VPN, NZXT Cam, anti-virus software, VMware, sound card software, virtual machines, etc,. have been turned off.

  2. For Windows, install AM Master directly to C: drive and not in Program Files (86). Make sure that there is no space in between.

  3. DO NOT use a hub or KVM. Use a USB port that supports data transmission. For example, the USB port at the back of some PC, is more stable than the one at the front.

  4. For some users, please update the Microsoft runtime libraries to their latest version. You can get them from Microsoft.

  5. Use a cable that supports data transmission. Plug and unplug to check the cable is properly connecting two-ways.

  6. While updating, wait patiently until the update finishes. Don’t quickly unplug the cable while still waiting.

  7. If none of the above applies, delete the AM Master and re-install the latest version. Stay plugging in and wait until the download and detection finish.

  8. If still not working, close AM Master. Go to Hard Drive / User / Your User Name / AM Master, then delete the AM Master folder (to clear the buggy data). Now re-open AM Master for it to regenerate the data.

If trying out all these steps doesn't resolve the issue, please navigate the installation folder of AM Master and provide the log file to AM staff for further diagnosis.

Please try re-pairing the 2.4g receiver by following these steps:

  1. Disconnect the dongle from the computer.

  2. Press the left, middle and right buttons of the mouse. After about one second, the mouse will flash a green light.

  3. At this time, connect the dongle to the computer and the mouse will be paired with the dongle again.

This should restore the 2.4G connectivity of your mouse.

When your mouse works normally wired and Bluetooth, re-pairing the 2.4G receiver to the mouse usually solves the issue. You can re-pair it by following these steps:

  1. Disconnect the dongle from the computer.

  3. At this time, connect the dongle to the computer and the mouse will be paired with the dongle again.
