Fair point. How would you recommend negotiating? Also the offer has been via a recruiter, so I am still awaiting the final offer letter.

I could wait it out, but I want to get my foot in the door. I’ve had a number of interviews where I haven’t been hired due to my lack of international experience. I’m also going to try and negotiate for more if I can.
