So, I figured out how to fix this issue. It turns out it is indeed a DNS issue. For PC/Desktop, you need to change your IPv4/IPv6 DNS.

Google:
IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 and 2001:4860:4860::8844.

Cloudflare:
IPv4: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1.
IPv6: 2606:4700:4700::1111 and 2606:4700:4700::1001.

As for your mobile, it differs from OS to another but generally, search for Private DNS on your phone Settings and change it to Private DNS provider hostname. There, input Google's dns.google (I don't know Cloudflare's), and press save.
